Role Overview:

This position is for a Global Client Relationship Manager overseeing a portfolio of T800 accounts within the International and Wholesale Banking sector in the US market.

The ideal candidate will possess experience engaging with C-level executives, complemented by a robust network and a solid history of success in acquiring new business from both prospective and existing clients.

The role entails comprehensive responsibility and leadership in client interactions for sales initiatives. A foundational understanding of the Global Financial Services and US Banking landscape is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Formulate strategies and objectives to meet client needs, driving account growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture sustainable long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the P&L of proposed customer solutions in collaboration with delivery partners.
Business Development

  • Lead and take ownership of significant Business Development initiatives.
  • Maintain influential relationships internally and externally to facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Contribute to the leadership and management of the business, spearheading Digital Transformation dialogues.
Strategic Planning

  • Develop robust, actionable account plans.
  • Build a comprehensive network within and across the organization to influence global strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Explore innovative avenues to broaden service offerings and initiatives across accounts.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Self-driven, diligent, and resourceful, demonstrating energy, enthusiasm, and persistence to facilitate decision-making and achieve successful outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in managing customer relationships at the executive level.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth.
  • Experience in P&L management.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Global sales experience.
  • Strong commercial insight.
  • Adept at articulating complex business issues and collaborating with senior-level clients and executives.
  • Exceptional skills in client engagement, pipeline development, opportunity assessment, deal management, business case formulation, and deal closure.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation capabilities.
  • Manage revenue and gross margin for a cluster of global accounts while overseeing sales performance and strategic account growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, collaborating with Delivery & Service teams on delivery processes and key client concerns.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, managing virtual teams of specialists.
  • Experience in the Global Financial Services and US Banking sector is strongly preferred.
