Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Permanent Employment Litigation Associate to become a vital part of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in employment litigation, especially concerning restrictive covenants and trade secrets.

This role presents a unique chance to engage in a dynamic environment, managing a diverse array of complex employment litigation cases.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing cases, drafting and arguing motions, responding to discovery requests, and collaborating closely with clients and team members.


Key Responsibilities:
As an Employment Litigation Associate, your duties will encompass:
  • Managing a variety of intricate employment litigation cases, focusing on restrictive covenants and trade secrets law.
  • Drafting and responding to discovery requests while overseeing ESI discovery processes.
  • Preparing and arguing motions in both state and federal courts.
  • Conducting and defending depositions in various employment-related disputes.
  • Representing clients in labor and employment matters, including issues related to employment discrimination laws and class actions.
  • Collaborating with clients to provide strategic and practical legal guidance on a range of employment matters.
  • Working alongside team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arizona Bar.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a litigation associate, with a strong emphasis on employment law.
  • Proven expertise in ESI discovery and in drafting and arguing motions.
  • Extensive knowledge in employment law, particularly regarding restrictive covenants and trade secrets.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting and defending depositions.
  • Familiarity with employment discrimination laws and class action suits.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
