The Skechers Product Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a product expert, you will serve as a brand ambassador, guiding customers to the right product selection and ensuring a premier shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Act as a product expert, serving as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers.
- Ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience.
- Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns, striving to maintain a positive customer relationship.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge.
- Loves being part of a team and treats every coworker with respect and positivity.
- Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Work availability should be open to the store's needs.
- Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
