Job Summary

US Foods is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial forklifts to perform material handling assignments, transporting pallets of product from the dock to designated warehouse slots, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial forklifts to transport pallets of product from the dock to designated warehouse slots.
  • Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform operations and safety checks on equipment, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
  • Record all product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of aisles by removing debris from the floor and racks.

Requirements
  • Able to read and write legibly; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); must be able to understand Voxware commands.
  • OSHA compliant Forklift Certification required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior Selector experience and Forklift Operator experience preferred.
