Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our international team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines and transfusion products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and confidentiality
• Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
• Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
• Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health and quality of product
• Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
