Internship Opportunity

This internship will be onsite 5 days a week at our Mt Comfort (Greenfield, IN) facility.

As a Process Engineering intern, you will be part of a team delivering manufacturing solutions that improve the way Allegion does business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deepen your understanding of process development in a light manufacturing and distribution business.
  • Participate in process improvement and implement solutions on real projects.
  • Work with a team to develop and validate results.
  • Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Mechanical Engineering.
  • Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly.
  • An inquisitive nature that seeks to learn and develop manufacturing solutions for the Allegion business.
  • Effective listening, time management, and creative problem-solving techniques.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion's business and customers.
