We are seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to lead our pharmacy operations at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the pharmacy team to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other hospital functions.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in healthcare and incorporate innovative systems of delivery into our pharmacy operations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
