Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a positive and caring relationship with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
- 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Successful completion of an IV therapy curriculum within 4 months of hire/transfer.
- Ability to take nurse assignment at the top of LPN license in a med/surg/tele or Emergency Department setting.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.
