Job Title: Senior Licensed Practical Nurse II

UPMC Williamsport is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Licensed Practical Nurse II to join our team in the Recovery Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients in the Recovery Room
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with patient education and discharge planning
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN in a hospital setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
