Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Restoration Technician who will play a crucial role in addressing customer requirements for water damage restoration, mold remediation, and sewage cleanup. Key Responsibilities:
  • Punctually attend shifts in appropriate uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ensure reliable transportation to the workplace.
  • Be available for on-call duties and emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including timesheets and field checklists.
  • Monitor damage and document readings using the designated application.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Execute restoration processes as per work orders and directives from project managers.
  • Prepare and load the work vehicle with required equipment and supplies for each assignment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Prepare work areas for restoration activities.
  • Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly.
  • Maintain open communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians.
Qualifications:
  • Valid IICRC certification
  • Proven experience in cleaning and restoration
  • Experience with both residential and commercial properties
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in repetitively pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
