Join a leading company in the fire, life safety, and security industry. This role is crucial for the effective installation, operation, and upkeep of fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and system checks in compliance with fire regulations.
- Identify code violations and system deficiencies, providing timely and accurate inspection reports.
- Install or upgrade fire alarm systems in both commercial and residential properties.
- Test and repair existing alarm systems.
- Ensure alarms are installed per code requirements.
- Document issues through detailed inspection reports.
- Maintain and protect company equipment.
- Oversee the upkeep of the service vehicle and related tools, submitting repair requests as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols as outlined by company procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Respond to emergency service requests.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.


Qualifications:

- NICET certification is preferred (requires prior experience or training).
- Familiarity with NFPA standards is advantageous (including standards 70 and 72).
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation are essential.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, including potential evening, weekend, and out-of-town assignments.
- Ability to operate or repair light equipment, such as power tools and ladders.


Additional Responsibilities:
- Comply with the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:

In performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands for handling or feeling, reach with hands or arms, and may occasionally lift or move heavy objects. The role also necessitates the following physical capabilities:
- Balancing, climbing, grasping, hearing, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, repetitive motion, speaking, and visual acuity.
