The ideal candidate will possess IICRC certification and have substantial experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. You are expected to maintain high standards of work quality and show a genuine concern for the impact of your work on clients and colleagues.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Punctuality for shifts, dressed in appropriate uniform and well-groomed.
  • Reliable transportation to the job site.
  • Availability for on-call duties and emergency situations.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Accurate completion of necessary paperwork (e.g., timesheets, purchase order forms, field checklists).
  • Monitor and document loss readings using designated applications.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and follow written or verbal instructions effectively.
  • Execute restoration processes according to work orders and project manager directives.
  • Prepare and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment and supplies for each project.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Prepare work areas for restoration activities.
  • Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly.
  • Maintain open communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Valid IICRC certification
  • Proven experience in cleaning and restoration
  • Experience working with both residential and commercial properties
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
  • Capacity to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed
