Core Responsibilities:
- Punctuality for shifts, dressed in appropriate uniform and well-groomed.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Availability for on-call duties and emergency situations.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Accurate completion of necessary paperwork (e.g., timesheets, purchase order forms, field checklists).
- Monitor and document loss readings using designated applications.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and follow written or verbal instructions effectively.
- Execute restoration processes according to work orders and project manager directives.
- Prepare and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment and supplies for each project.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment.
- Prepare work areas for restoration activities.
- Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly.
- Maintain open communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians.
Qualifications:
- Valid IICRC certification
- Proven experience in cleaning and restoration
- Experience working with both residential and commercial properties
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Capacity to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
- Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed
