Implementation Support Specialist I

UMass Med School is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist I to aid organizations, leaders, and staff in the implementation of innovations. The successful candidate will identify, contextualize, and improve the use of implementation strategies across various settings and build capacity among teams, organizations, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote stakeholder involvement in all stages of the design and implementation process.
• Create welcoming spaces for stakeholders in meetings and other implementation activities.
• Prepare for stakeholder meetings, ensuring relevant individuals and groups are involved in communication and have equitable access to meeting materials.
• Assist with meeting facilitation, building trust and respect for all perspectives, and synthesizing differing perspectives.
• Build trust with others by modeling transparent communication and action.
• Support collaborative implementation planning and the co-development of implementation plans involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate the co-design of tools, products, processes, governance structures, service models, interventions, implementation strategies, and policies related to implementation.
• Facilitate the use of quantitative and qualitative feedback at all implementation stages.
• Conduct evidence reviews to determine the relevance and fit of proposed innovations with identified needs.
• Support the continuous and systematic identification of barriers to implementation among stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1 year of professional experience involving planning activities, teamwork, communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Empathetic, curious, strong critical thinking skills, committed to change initiatives, and committed to advancing equity in implementation efforts.
• Computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, spreadsheets, and other applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
