We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve as our Clinical Lead in Ambulatory Care. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and expansion of resident clinical rotations, coordination of clinical quality activities, and development of clinical partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand resident clinical rotations to create a robust clinical learning environment
- Collaborate with specialists to secure placements and ensure that residency accreditation standards are continually met
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze outcome data of the residents and care provided at clinical rotations
- Support the health center and the organization in contributing to the quadruple aim: improving health outcomes, improving patient experience, supporting care team well-being, and the financial sustainability of the organization
Requirements:
- Current DC License, CDS, and DEA registrations
- Board certified in area of specialty
- 1-3 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting; homeless experience a plus
- Residency experience in a healthcare setting preferred
