Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service duties, including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen.
- Use various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant.
- Cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
