TriHealth is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Intake Coordinator to join our Occupational Medicine team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient visits from registration to sending visit information to employers and BWC representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient visits, ensuring patients are registered to the correct company and services
  • Follow up with employers on authorizations or questions
  • Prioritize patient start times
  • Work closely with billing to ensure proper documentation is sent to the correct MCO, billing, and Workers' Compensation department
  • Scan visit information to the proper EMR location and coordinate results process
  • Assist with drug and alcohol testing and other non-invasive testing as required
  • Assist with referral or testing scheduling as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Degree
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in spelling, grammar, typing, and computer applications, including Microsoft
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Critical Thinking
  • 3-4 years experience in a medical/physician office setting or customer service
