Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team of passionate patient caregivers. As a Patient Care Technician, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, providing direct bedside care to patients and integrating our hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct bedside care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- CNA license preferred but required in certain states.
- STNA required in Ohio.
- CPR Certification required.
- One year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
