Overview

Our 40-bed hospital in Lafayette provides specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to patients in the surrounding communities.

We cater to patients recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. As a Patient Care Technician, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, providing direct bedside care to patients and integrating our hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct bedside care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure quality, safety, and infection control standards are maintained.
  • Assist with data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Develop effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and work professionally with others.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • CNA license preferred but required in certain states.
  • STNA required in Ohio.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
