Role:
Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to help transform our federal client's organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations, and industry-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes propositions and assesses decision-making factors such as strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risk.
- Works closely with the Product Owners and Product Manager to define a product approach to meet the specified user need.
- Develops product roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable success criteria, and writes user stories.
- Coaches teams to Agile practices.
- Evaluates Agile methodology currently being followed by teams and proposes and implements shifts towards industry best practices.
- Defines skill requirements and maps internal, agency, and external resources.
- Analyzes and maps project risks approach and proposes mitigation solutions.
- Defines how the predicted user and financial benefit can be realized, and how channel shift shall be measured.
- Makes recommendations for action against analysis performed.
- Manages, coordinates, organizes, updates grammar, and maintains documentation regularly that is clear, concise, organized, and easily accessible.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in a medium to large Agile enterprise.
- IRS institutional knowledge and in-depth understanding of the OLA program, delivery partners, and system design.
- Familiarity with a range of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and agile development methodologies have been applied.
- Expert experience in requirements gathering, writing, tracing, and managing.
- An eye for detail, excellent communication skills, ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work, and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.
- Skilled in IIBA best practices, in-depth analysis, and system understanding.
Preferred/Nice to Have:
- Certified Scrum Master.
Clearance:
- Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation).
