Job Title: Data Specialist

At Muller, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our business development initiatives by ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information for potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Identification and Research: Conduct comprehensive research using various public information sources to identify and verify contact information for potential business prospects.
  • FOIA Requests: Prepare and submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to obtain specific contact information and other relevant data from government agencies and public institutions.
  • Data Compilation and Management: Accurately compile, organize, and maintain prospect data in a structured format, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible to the business development team.
  • CRM Support and Maintenance: Support the maintenance and management of the enterprise CRM system (Salesforce) by regularly auditing, updating, and enriching data.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree or 2-plus years of experience in data management, marketing, business development, or related roles.
  • Skills: Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, association relationship management (ASM) systems, and database management systems. (Salesforce preferred)
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Track record of ability to work independently and within a remote or hybrid working environment.
