Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Program Therapist to join our team. As a Program Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to our clients and their families. Your expertise in individual, group, and family therapy will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with clients and their families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments
- Participate in treatment team meetings to report client and family assessment findings and response to interventions
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field and working toward independent licensure
- Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
- Provisional or Associate licensure required
- Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
- Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
