Program Therapist Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Therapist to join our team. As a Program Therapist, you will work under supervision to provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with clients and their families or support systems.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy using evidence-based treatments.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to report client and family assessment findings and response to interventions.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field and working toward independent licensure.
  • Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required.
  • Provisional or Associate licensure required.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire.
  • DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.
  • Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
