Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Foster a safe and welcoming learning environment for preschool-aged children.
  • Assist in developing engaging lesson plans that promote hands-on learning experiences.
  • Introduce children to Latin culture and the Spanish language.
  • Utilize positive discipline to reinforce classroom rules and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to plan and execute lessons and activities.
  • Provide individualized attention to help each child reach their full potential through meaningful interactions.
  • Document daily activities and developmental progress, keeping parents informed of any concerns.
  • Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with students, parents, and team members.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish, including reading and writing skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and early childhood development.
  • Reliability and availability to work Monday through Friday during the specified afternoon hours.
Preferred Qualifications

Extra consideration will be given to candidates with:

  • Prior teaching experience with young children.
  • Experience in early childhood development.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
