Work Environment:
The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. This position requires travel within the district, and remote work is not an option for campus-based roles, as regular attendance is vital.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree or 48 college credit hours, or successful completion of an academic assessment; valid educational aide certification.
  • Preferred experience includes six months of relevant work experience or completion of a training program for educational assistants.
  • General knowledge of child development and behavior.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing educational landscape.
