- Successful completion of the Texas Examinations of Educator Standards (TExES).
- Proficient in Test Kits, Diagnostic Software, and Report Writing.
- Strong Time Management & Punctuality skills.
- Embody Professional Email and Messaging Etiquette.
- Navigate Special Education Management Software (eSped/Frontline), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office with ease.
- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
- Bilingual Bonus: Up to $5,000 per school year for full-time bilingual employees (must pass proficiency exam).
