Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Dental Team Finder. As a Regional Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and growth for our client, a technology company that has developed a innovative solution for orthodontic specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B consumer markets. Prior orthodontic sales experience is highly desirable, but not required. You will be responsible for managing and leading sales-related inquiries, generating leads, and developing and managing sales pipelines. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, reporting competitive intel, technical issues, and service-related feedback to improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead all sales-related inquiries relating to our client's proprietary orthodontic solution
  • Generate leads and manage the territory through inputting all sales-related data into CRM
  • Develop, manage, and report sales pipelines for territory metrics and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and report competitive intel, technical issues, and service-related feedback to improve our products and services
  • Serve as a key lead with the Practice Development Specialist during customer onboarding
  • Prepare reports that keep management and team members informed of industry news, customer news, sales objectives, accomplishments, and competitive information
  • Hunt for new sales and manage existing business for penetration and upgrade opportunities with existing product portfolios
  • Grow and develop the market through inside market knowledge, sales, and market development strategies
  • Responsible for revenue/volume/profitability targets in the territory

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Business discipline or related field preferred
  • Orthodontic knowledge or experience highly preferred, but at least dental sales experience is required
  • Ability to sell conceptually versus transactionally
  • Interpersonal relationship experience including problem-solving and decision-making
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience (Hubspot preferred)
  • Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge in CRM and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven, and adaptable/flexible to deliver to sales goals
