With over 30 years of experience providing services to individuals in the Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Assisted Living, and Substance Use industry, we have created a solution to help organize admissions & intake operations.

**Our Solution**

Supportable is a HIPAA-compliant CRM and referral management system designed exclusively for the behavioral health sector. This all-encompassing platform integrates seamlessly with existing EHR systems to streamline intakes and enhance workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Sales Team Lead**: Plan and execute annual sales activities for Supportable, generating leads and sales through outreach activities, and using the approved CRM to monitor leads and follow through with the approved sales process.
  • **Account Manager**: Lead point of contact for assigned customers, negotiating user agreements, and building/maintaining strong client relationships.
  • **External Marketing**: Plan and execute marketing projects designed to promote Supportable to new leads or prospects.
  • **Online Marketing Image**: Monitor and respond to reviews from online review platforms, develop and implement weekly advertising and emails, and participate in marketing meetings and planning meetings.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Three years sales experience, preferably with SaaS or in the healthcare field.
  • Proven work experience in Account Management and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot).
  • Experience with Microsoft O365, and Adobe products.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain a professional composure to effectively represent the organization.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, judgment, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience of creating video content is preferred.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
