Business Development Associate

Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the airport restaurant space.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with airport developers, brand partners, and ACDBE groups to drive business growth and expansion.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the airport restaurant industry, including market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including site selection, lease negotiations, and partnership development.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of business development activities, including market research, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
