About Us:

Work Schedule:
Full Time/Part Time roles available, Monday-Friday, with varying hours.
Overtime may be necessary to ensure patient care and timely completion of tasks.
Weekend shifts are infrequent but may be required occasionally.Supervision Received:

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor provides expert nursing care to clinic patients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Working under the guidance of a provider, the supervisor ensures high standards of patient care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist providers during patient visits, physical examinations, and in-office procedures.
Core Services Include:
- Preparing examination rooms for clinical procedures.
- Accurately measuring vital signs and documenting health histories.
- Managing patient records and medications in the electronic medical record system.
- Providing wound care and dressing changes.
- Assisting with diagnostic tests and patient education.
- Administering injections and managing immunizations.
- Coordinating referrals and patient follow-ups.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in clinical areas.
- Performing delegated procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Supporting the clinical team with urgent requests and patient care coordination.
- Serving as a Clinical Supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities:

Candidate Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure:
Must hold a valid nursing license in good standing.

- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
