We are seeking dedicated staff to provide high-quality care to our clients in a facility setting. Our team at Civility Home Care is committed to delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in facilities, including memory care, assisted living, and independent living settings.

• Follow individual care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.

• Administer medications as directed by the supervising nurse.

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

• Keep accurate records of clients' care and progress.

• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut CNA license.

• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and assist clients with mobility.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
