Job Title: Police Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Police Officer to join our team at the State of Connecticut. As a Police Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining law and order, protecting the public, and enforcing laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect crime

  • Testify in court as needed
Requirements:
  • Certification as a law enforcement officer in the State of Connecticut
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a physical fitness assessment and a comprehensive medical examination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
