Job Summary:

Civility Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality and compassionate care to our clients in Connecticut.

This is a Per Diem, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $22 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.

As a CNA at Civility Home Care, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in facilities, Memory care, Assistant living and independent living, following their individual care plans.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Administer medications as directed by the supervising nurse.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
  • Keep accurate records of clients' care and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Active Connecticut CNA license.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and assist clients with mobility.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
