Role Summary:
Hartford Hospital is in search of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to become a vital member of their Neurocritical Care team. This Advanced Practitioner-led group collaborates within a multidisciplinary framework to provide care for critically ill neuroscience patients, particularly those with neurological and neurosurgical conditions. The patient demographic includes complex cases such as strokes, surgical interventions, and other intricate neurological disorders. The Advanced Practitioners will rotate through intensive care and stepdown units.

Role Responsibilities:
Advanced Practitioners will conduct routine physical examinations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to address patient health needs. They will also provide appropriate treatments within their scope of practice and refer patients to physicians when necessary.

Requirements:
- Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility)
