Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electronic fire alarm systems and related building system products.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You will work closely with customers to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, and provide timely and effective solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, and maintain electronic fire alarm systems and related building system products
  • Diagnostics and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems
  • Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyser, and commissioning devices
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan.
