Key Responsibilities:

- Advocate for our residents' needs, providing personalized care plans and ensuring their rights are respected.
- Develop and implement effective care strategies, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or a related field
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care
