Nurse Specialist

As a Registered Nurse with Kaiser Permanente, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and facilitate health care services for patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Coordinate and facilitate health care services for patients, including referrals to specialists and other health care providers.
- Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington.
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
