Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care strategies.
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.

Requirements:

  • Hold an active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington.
  • Be BLS certified.
  • Possess strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.
  • Have a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Feel comfortable working in patients' homes.
