Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations and Growth Manager to join our team at Akron Children's Hospital. This role will play a critical part in driving the growth and development of our Primary Care Network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Primary Care Service Line leadership to drive service line initiatives and support the development of our Primary Care Network.
  2. Project Management: Function independently or lead a team to plan and organize multiple tasks and projects with specific deadlines.
  3. Operational Support: Provide operational support for new ACHP acquisitions and offices, including onboarding new providers and staff.
  4. Project Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, such as project plans, charters, and GL ledgers.
  5. Metrics Tracking: Responsible for tracking and monitoring ACHP core metrics.
  6. Communication: Communicate project status and updates to the Director of Operations and participate in Operations Meetings.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with 3-5 years of direct supervisory experience or project management preferred.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  3. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office, EMRs, and Epic.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a variable day shift schedule. The position is onsite at Akron Children's Hospital.
