Advanced Practice Provider Acute Care Surgery

Piedmont Columbus Regional is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Acute Care Surgery team at our Piedmont Columbus Midtown campus.

This is a full-time position, 12 hours a day (7 days on, 7 days off).

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the initial assessment and management of both acutely injured and emergency general surgery patients.
  • Perform bedside procedures in the hospital setting.
  • Rounding on patients in the hospital.
  • Apply specialized skills and knowledge related to the care of patients in the ICU.
  • Contribute to excellence in patient care, research, teaching, consulting, and provide leadership to the organization.
  • Have the possibility of first assist duties in the operating room.

Masters or Bachelors Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification
