Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM- CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Business Partner, Operations HR, HR Generalist, or similar role. Experience in battery material manufacturing, cell manufacturing, general manufacturing, or oil, gas, and petrochemical industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Project management experience and collaboration/leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
