Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting the well-being and dignity of our patients, and contributing to a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort.
  • Work collaboratively with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in departmental and interdisciplinary performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid state-issued Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certificate, demonstrating successful completion of an approved CNA training program.
  • Possession of a valid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
