Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts and schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
  • Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop care plans
  • Track outcomes and review options with physicians and other nursing staff
  • Administer and supervise appropriate treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored
  • Inform residents and family members about best care options
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work
  • Ensure staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Verify accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions
  • Supervise nurses and support staff, providing training as needed
  • Assist with incident investigations
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from approved nursing program
  • At least 1 year of experience (RN or similar role)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
