Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute care, and have a flexible schedule that allows you to choose your own shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality post-acute care to patients
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being and track vital signs
  • Perform intakes of residents and document their health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Administer and verify medications properly
  • Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High School diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience (LPN or related role)
