Workday Reporting Analyst Opportunity

RemyCorporation is seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex reports in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop HCM reports in Workday
  • Create composite and matrix reports to meet business needs
  • Utilize Workday Pro and Workday Prism Analytics to drive business insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience creating HCM reports in Workday
  • Workday Pro Certified and Workday Prism Analytics experience
  • Hybrid schedule with onsite work in the Hartford, CT office 6 days a month
  • Competitive salary with annual bonus and stock options
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
