Position Summary:
The Terminal Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all tasks are executed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the bulk transfer of materials, including re-refinery products, used oil, oily water, and solvents, between railcars, tankers, and storage tanks.
  • Oversee the unloading, loading, and transfer processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Verify shipping and receiving documentation, directing materials to the correct storage locations.
  • Manage the emptying and filling of drummed materials as required.
  • Operate forklifts, yard trucks, and rail track mobiles to assist in terminal operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of activities, documenting task progress and completion.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other shifts to ensure seamless communication and safe operations.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, including environmental and regulatory standards, human resources protocols, and operational guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
