Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of intricate clinical programs that necessitate continuous collaboration across various business units and the operations of multiple practice locations. Supervise both clinical and administrative support personnel effectively.

Staff Management:
Lead the front-line non-exempt staff, which includes responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, training, implementing progressive discipline, conducting dismissals, performance evaluations, and managing employee relations.

Resource Allocation:
Schedule personnel and allocate resources throughout operational hours to enhance patient access and satisfaction, provider productivity, and operational efficiencies while achieving cost savings.

Financial Oversight:
Conduct supply procurement through the organization's online ordering system, adhering to budgetary constraints. Report monthly productivity metrics to both providers and staff.

Data Management:
Ensure the precision of all data collection and entry performed by site staff through training and compliance monitoring, facilitating the flow of information to and from the Central Office.

Cash Management:
Perform timely and accurate cash management tasks, including overseeing the collection of copayments and patient balances, as well as processing clean super bill batches, in-house cash balances, and bank deposits to enhance profitability.

Committee Participation:
Actively engage in corporate committees and task forces, providing financial analysis to support planning and cash flow management while reviewing variance explanations.

Communication:
Effectively communicate budgetary and variance information to professional staff, gaining a comprehensive understanding of individual job functions to identify training and development opportunities.

Performance Management:
Collaborate with senior management to establish performance objectives for the team, interfacing with staff to monitor progress, address disciplinary matters, and provide ongoing feedback.
