This role is pivotal in overseeing the operations of one or more clinical sites while supervising both clinical and administrative support personnel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the front-line non-exempt staff, which includes responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Optimize staff scheduling and resource allocation to enhance patient access and satisfaction, provider productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage supply procurement through the organization's online ordering system, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Provide monthly productivity reports to clinical providers and staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data collection and entry by site personnel through effective training and compliance monitoring, facilitating the flow of information to the Central Office.
  • Conduct cash management duties, including overseeing the collection of patient payments and processing financial transactions to support profitability.
  • Actively participate in corporate committees and task forces.
  • Deliver financial analysis to aid in planning and cash flow management, and communicate budgetary information to professional staff.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of individual job roles to identify training and development opportunities.
  • Establish and communicate priorities, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure efficient resource utilization and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set performance objectives for the team and engage with staff to monitor progress, address disciplinary matters, and provide continuous feedback.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare
  • Experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience in an outpatient environment
  • Proven organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Health Administration (MHA)
  • Experience in an academic medical center
