Job Summary:

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the apartment community, ensuring a well-managed and well-maintained building within established management operating procedures. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct staff to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors, maintaining accurate records and submitting reports as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners to promote a positive community image.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact the community's reputation or operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
