Position Overview:

As a Lead Salesforce Solutions Administrator, you will be an integral member of our technology team, responsible for overseeing Salesforce configurations, managing sandbox setups, and ensuring system integrity. This role is crucial for our organization, and the ideal candidate will have a substantial influence on Salesforce-related decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement Salesforce configuration modifications, including but not limited to: Flow, assignment protocols, approval workflows, fields, page designs, record classifications, dynamic layouts, applications, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reporting.

2. Manage DevOps and release processes, including preparation of change sets and facilitating their promotion across various environments.

3. Enhance data management practices to boost Salesforce data quality, establishing rules and automation as necessary.

4. Oversee the integration of third-party applications.

5. Administer sandbox environments effectively.

6. Conduct proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer assessments.

7. Develop a comprehensive platform roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.

8. Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.

9. Create both high-level and detailed estimates for proposed technical solutions.

10. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on their tasks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce with 5-7 years of direct experience in Salesforce Administration, particularly with NPSP, Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community), and Lightning.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce sharing and security mechanisms (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
- Proven experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Proficiency in using data management tools such as Data Loader.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Capability to gather requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Relevant Trailhead Badges/Super Badges and preferred certifications such as Administrator/Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder.
- Familiarity with triggers and APEX programming.
