We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team based in New Haven, CT. This role will involve managing project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure alignment with client goals, as well as overseeing project controls, financials, and cost tracking.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project professional to drive project success and contribute to the growth and success of our clients. The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience in project management, with a background in higher education projects or similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Oversee project controls, financials, and cost tracking.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and communication to project teams and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-12 years of experience in project management.
  • Preferred experience in higher education projects; however, candidates with a background in commercial, healthcare, or laboratory projects are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Procore and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
